Two rooms once used for teenage sons had been sitting vacant for several years. One had become a make-shift office space for Dad and the other was simply vacant.

We chose to combine both rooms by opening the wall between with double French doors that allow the homeowners to fully use the space for a luxurious office complete with an executive desk, beautiful oriental rugs, a wall of shelving and cabinets and a separate seating area for the couple to enjoy coffee and television while they complete home office work. The sofa folds out for a full bed when family arrives for the weekend and the French doors offer complete privacy with mirror panes substituted for transparent glass.
